How to Sign and Initial contracts/documents:
Read the instructions below then click on the document name underlined in blue.
Contracts can be signed and pages initialed with either a mouse, signature pad, graphic tablet or digital pen.
Note: If you don’t see the Initial box next to the signature box it is because your agent did not choose to have your initials in this document.
Sign the contract in the gray signature box above your name, if you are not satisfied with your signature, click Clear then sign again and click Save. Repeat this process in the Initial box next to signature box.
A new window will appear which allows you to accept or decline the terms of this contract, and that your signature is a binding signature. Once you Click Accept: Your signature will be embedded in the contract and the contract will be locked, nothing can be modified. Click Decline: Your signature will be removed from the contract. The agent that originated these documents will receive a notification when each party signs the documents.
Important Note: If the agent who originated these documents either deletes or hides them, it will no longer be available. We recommend you save or print the documents for your records using the PDF Print.
